About Great Sutton Wellness Community GYM

This is a small friendly gym designed for those don't want a large gym experience but want to either get back to the gym, start for the first time in a safe space or whom want peer support. This gym is not suitable for those looking for a large commercial gym or who want heavy weight training. The purpose of the gym is to split the times of access to provide a small peer support network helping users feel comfortable, relaxed and safe.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the gym at all times?
No, your membership will all you in a certain times of the day. This is so that the users at those times are with like minded people that means they feel their most comfortable. Your membership will inform you of the times that you have access to the gym.
is the gym supervised?
The gym is not supervised however, the space is monitored by reception and the management team. It has CCTV at all times and an emergency call bell which instantly will call for support.
